I’m a full service travel agent, admitted travel addict, avid over packer, Cheetos enthusiast that lives life to the fullest.   Lover of the outdoors, photography and passionate about life, love, food and wine.  Born and raised in Texas, I love living a big life.

I haven’t been a world traveler my whole life.  Growing up our vacations were spent in the Texas cities of Galveston, San Antonio and New Branusfels.  My first international trip was to Cancun in 1992 and I was hooked.  I haven’t been able sit still since.

I created this blog as a way for me to share my personal experiences, great photography, tips and recommendations.    If you’re looking for the blog that explains how to pack two weeks of clothes into your carryon you’ve reached then wrong place.  I get excited when the luggage scale reads 49.9 lbs and that’s on a four day getaway.   However, you will find my hotel reviews, my favorite travel products and highlights from the destinations I love.

Why do they call me Princessa?

​

Some think it’s because I love being treated like royalty, uhhhh true.  That I’m high maintenance, ummm maybe a little.  Or that I have high expectations, the taste for luxury and extravagant living.  Ok, yes, yes and yes.  While those things may be true that’s not why they call me Princessa at all.  Royal titles such as King or Queen are often used for a figure dominate in their field.  For 26 years my mom has been the “Queen” in the travel industry and well…. that makes me the Princessa.   We’ve spent the last 24 years working and traveling together earning top producer awards with tour operators such as Funjet Vacations and GoGo Tours.  I love what I do and I love assisting in helping people’s vacation dreams become a vacation memory.
